How will you access my home?
Before services begin, you will need to provide two (2) copies of your house key and/or your garage code for accessing your house or apartment. We keep your keys in a sealed lockbox for additional security. There is a $12 charge for key pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Change of plans? Please let us know as soon as you can. Because your time slot is reserved in advance, we may not be able to serve other clients at that time if you cancel with short notice.
If you cancel:
Within 0-48 hours: no refund
3-7 days notice: 80% refund or credit
8+ days notice: 100% refund or credit
Holiday services: no refund
For daily dog walking clients, you will not be charged if you notify us before
My pet has behavior issues, can you still provide services for us?
We can discuss unique needs at our initial Meet N Greet. Not every pet is a match for our services, but we will do our best to work with you. We cannot care for pets with aggression or a history of biting.
Do you provide dog walks/pet sitting visits on major holidays?
Yes! Holidays are a busy time for us, so please make reservations in advance and expect to pay a holiday rate on New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
When will you arrive?
Pet sitting visits are available 7 days/week from
Morning visits: 7AM – 9AM
Midday visits: 11AM – 2PM
Afternoon visits: 3PM – 5PM
Evening visits: 7PM – 9PM
What is My Pets Nanny Deb’s inclement weather policy?
My Pets Nanny Deb makes every effort to care for pets during bad weather of all types. But when road conditions hinder her efforts, Deb will contact you so you may make other arrangements.
